- Shipping
- First the easy part. Ground shipping is FREE on any order over $100 dollars, except orders that require freight charges. The free shipping option appears once your basket reaches $100. All orders under $100 will be shipped UPS Ground or the best available method.
- Privacy
- We have a very simple privacy policy: Your private information will remain that way. We will never sell, loan, or rent your personal data. We may use your contact information to notify you of special deals and sales, however, each e-mail will have an opt out link. No games or complicated forms. Your credit card data is secure and will only be used for the actual transaction.
- Security
- Your order, personal information, and credit card information is safe. We use industry standard 256 bit encryption.
- Ordering
- Many of our products are custom and are not made until your order is received. We have found that this reduces our costs, which we in turn pass on to you, our customers. Your order will normally only ship when it is complete. We are normally able to synchronize the production processes to ensure you will receive all products in one shipment directly from our warehouse. However, in a few cases, you will receive your order in multiple shipments. You will NEVER be charged additional shipping or handling. We apologize that multiple shipments are sometimes necessary, but we are confident that you will appreciate the lower prices and exceptional customer service.
- Returns and Refunds
- Many of our products are sourced directly from the manufacturers. This allows us to lower our overhead costs and pass these savings on to you. Each product will have an estimated production lead time in the description.
We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of your purchase. If you find that there are any manufacturing defects, we will work quickly to ensure your satisfaction. At our discretion, we will replace the defective item or refund the purchase price, including any shipping charges.
We are also confident that you will be fully satisfied with your purchases. If you are not, we will do our best to rectify the situation. We welcome any returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
